The new season of the hit HBO series Westworld is almost here and HBO has released a new trailer to let fans of the series know what’s in store for season 2.
The new season promises chaos will take control as the attractions take over the park and the humans are on the run. As Delores (Evan Rachel Wood) and the other hosts struggle with their newfound freedom and what it means to be “real”, the survivors of the massacre and employees of the company that created Westworld struggle to survive the hosts turning on them. Adding additional drama to the mix is Maeve (Thandie Newton) and her quest to not only control everything, but to find the daughter that was created for her. Her mission also looks to take her to a new land beyond Westworld itself.
The Man in Black (Ed Harris) makes the decision to destroy the whole thing as we get another glimpse of him in the past confronting Delores. Delores herself seems to be on a mission that she’s keeping to herself, leading Teddy (James Marsden) to ask if what she’s doing is what she really wants.
