Wile E. Coyote is chasing the Roadrunner straight into our movie theaters.
Jon and Josh Silberman are attached to write the animated feature ‘Coyote Vs ACME’ for Warner Brothers. Given the title of the film, it doesn’t sound like Road Runner will have a huge role in this film, which is slightly disappointing, but given that the two were writers on FX’s ‘It’s Always Sunny InĀ Philadelphia’ for three seasons, it seems like the show is in good hands, save for the fact that the two were behind CBS’ ‘Living Biblically,’ which was cancelled after just thirteen episodes.
‘The Lego BatmanĀ Movie’ director Chris McKay is on board to produce the feature.
This will be the third theatrical Looney Tunes film, following ‘Space Jam’ and ‘Looney Tunes: Back In Action.’
