The second season of the DC Universe series ‘Titans’ has cast Joshua Orpin in a key role. Orpin will be a series regular, and play the character Conner Kent, aka Superboy.
Moreover, Orpin is a Melbourne native and graduate of the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts. Such stage credits include ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream,’ ‘The Matchmaker,’ ‘The Tempest’ and ‘The Diary of Anne Frank.’ He was recently in Australia’s ‘The Blake Mysteries: Ghost Stories for the Seven Network.’ Also, he will be seen in the upcoming Foxtel drama series ‘Upright.’
Additionally, the character’s official description is below:
“Superboy, aka Conner Kent, is the angsty teenager of steel searching for purpose and the truth about his past. While looking for answers, he crashes into the world of the Titans where he finds an unlikely home and surrogate family as well as revelations that carry more complications than he ever bargained for.”
‘Titans’ hails from Greg Walker and Geoff Johns. The cast includes Brenton Thwaites, Anna Diop, Ryan Potter, and Teagan Croft. Further, the entire first season is available on DC Universe in the U.S. and on Netflix internationally.
