CEO Max Shafer, and the Echtra team have released Torchlight III on PS4, Xbox One, and PC, at a reasonable price of $39.99. The Switch release is expected on October 22nd.

This launch is of particular interest to me, and I expect this is true for all fans of Diablo-like ARPGs, such as the past two Torchlight games, which are available pretty much everywhere.

I’ve poured a few hours into Torchlight III thus far, and my initial impressions are all positive. I’ll have a more detailed write-up in the coming weeks. As with other successful ARPGs, this game will look much different in the coming months. It’s just the nature of the community and the genre.

Grab Torchlight III for just $39.99!
