Sony is set to release the ‘Uncharted’ video game adaptation on December 18th, 2020. Tom Holland is playing the titular role of Nathan Drake in the Dan Trachtenberg-directed film.

The film will compete with Steven Spielberg’s ‘West Side Story’ remake.
Shawn Levy was originally supposed to direct before dropping out. Trachtenberg is known for directing ‘10 Cloverfield Lane’ and “Playtest”, an episode of the hit Netflix series ‘Black Mirror. The latest draft of the screenplay adapting the Naughty Dog video game is coming from Jonathan Rosenberg and Mark Walker.
Tom Holland plays Spider-Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
