UPDATE: The Wrap is reporting that Deathstroke will appear in the upcoming solo Batman film as the main villain. So the characters appearance in the Justice League movie is just setting up the mercenary for future appearances in the DCEU.
ORIGINAL POST: Monday is typically the worst day of the week for most, but those of you who are fans of the DC Extended Universe, your Monday maybe about to get a little better as Batman star Ben Affleck has teased an appearance for a fan favorite villain in Zack Snyder’s Justice League movie.
Affleck took to his Twitter account and postage footage of Slade Wilson aka Deathstroke.

If you look closely behind Deathstroke, you’ll see what appears to be Batman’s Batmobile, and going from the set reports from the Justice League a few months back. The teams vehicle of transport known as the Flying Fox is able to carry the Batmobile. So from the looks of it Deathstroke is onboard the Leagues aircraft, ready to cause some mayhem perhaps?

What’s interesting about this is Warner Bros had Man of Steel writer David Goyer develop a solo Deathstroke film a couple of years ago. So it’s possible they’re trying to introduce the character in the Justice League before giving him a possible spin-off.
