2017 Academy Award Nominations!

Jan 24, 2017

Hollywood was awaken very early this morning. No there was no earthquake. However a huge landslide was noticed at the ungodly hour that the awards were announced. That landslide would be La La Land. The movie that stars Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone received fourteen Oscar nominations. That ties the record being held by Titanic (1997) and All About Eve (1950)

The question is will it break the record of awards won by a single film which is eleven currently being held by Ben-Hur (1959), Titanic (1997), and Lord of the Rings: Return of the King (2003). Well to find out that answer you will need to be tuned in to channel 7 on February 26th as Jimmy Kimmel host the 89th Academy Awards.
