Peacock will arrive early on April 15th exclusively for Comcast’s Xfinity X1 and Flex video platforms, and then the service will launch nationwide on July 15th. There are three different tiers: First, there is Peacock Free, the free, ad-supported basic option, is effectively a teaser version of the tier above it. Next, Peacock Premium, the more robust Peacock offering, which includes all the Peacock Originals, also with ads. However, Peacock Premium will be available for free to Comcast and Cox subscribers, but for all others, the price will be $4.99 a month. Lastly, the completely ad-free tier will cost Comcast and Cox subscribers $4.99 a month, while everyone else will have to pay $9.99.
