Aussie Actor Damon Herriman Reportedly Playing Manson In Tarantino’s ‘Once Upon A Time In Hollywood’

TheWrap reports that Aussie actor Damon Herriman (Justified) has landed the role of nefarious serial killer Charles Manson in Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon A Time In Hollywood.

The film is said to be a cinematic alternative take of the events during the summer of 1969 in Los Angeles which has the Manson Family murders as the backdrop. It will focus on an ageing TV actor and his stunt-double trying to make their move up into the film industry.

The impressive cast includes Margot Robbie, Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, and Al Pacino among others.

Filming has been underway for months and Sony has set it’s release date for July 26th, 2019.
