The Rundown: The Dark Knight and the Man of Steel are pitted against each other by unknown forces.

Two kids decide to play with their action figures of Batman and Superman and argue over which hero could take down the other. As they argue, their discussion gets the attention of both Bat-Mite and Mxyzptlk. Both entities decide that they are going to settle the question once and for all. What follows are a series of scenarios where the heroes are pitted against each other.

One scenario has the entire Justice League trying to determine what is destroying the multiverse and when they discover that Superman is to blame, Batman takes matters into his own hands to stop the threat by stopping the cause.

Another scenario has Batman revealing some impressive countermeasures to use against Superman. Countermeasures that are located in some unique locations.

The Story: Joshua Williamson crafts a story that is pure fan service. The age old question of who would win between these two characters is given a supernatural spin in this story and the results are entertaining. The dialogue is fun and there are some fun moments throughout. What brings the story together is the final dialogue between the two heroes and how they view their antagonists.

The Art: All of the artists bring intensity to their passages and the art is vibrant and exciting throughout.

Score: 8.0
