Bryan Singer’s ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ Seeking Japanese and East Asian Extras

Sep 3, 2017

Bryan Singer‘s Freddy Mercury/Queen bio-pic Bohemian Rhapsody will star Rami Malek as Freddie Mercury, Joseph Mazzello as John Deacon, Ben Hardy as Roger Taylor, Gwilym Lee as Brian May, and Allen Leech as Paul Prenter.

Production is expected to begin next month in London.

Omega Underground has uncovered a casting call for the London filming that is seeking both Japanese and East Asian background extras. Our assumption is that the casting is for scenes focusing one of their Japan tours in the 70s. Most likely in 1975 and 1979.
