Today, it was revealed by THR that Men In Black 3 actress Emma Thompson will be reprising the role of Agent O, yet again confirming the new Men In Black film isn’t an entire reboot of the franchise. Despite Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson leading the new film as new characters.

There might be a little more to Emma Thompson’s involvement in the film.

Omega Underground has learned that there is now an expectation that New York City will also be filming location in the sequel along with London and possibly Prague/Berlin, meaning they would be taking the film to the stomping grounds of Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones‘ characters.

I wouldn’t rule out cameos from Agent K and Agent J, as Emma Thompson’s Agent O just happens to play the section chief of the NYC branch of the MIB. However, a bulk of the film is expected to take place in the UK and Europe along with the London branch of the MIB. There is a good chance that Liam Neeson is playing the section chief of the London MIB.
