THR recently revealed that Get Smart director Peter Segal is in talks to direct My Spy, an action comedy startring Dave Bautista (Guardians of the Galaxy, Spectre, Blade Runner 2049).
The story of a hardened CIA operative (Bautista) who finds himself at the mercy of a precocious 9-year-old girl, having been sent undercover to surveil her family.
Well, Omega Underground has learned that the film is looking to begin shooting in Toronto on September 17th and will wrap on November 2nd.
STX has yet to give the film a release date.
