Apr 30, 2020

Ahead of next week’s digital release for “Justice League Dark: Apokolips War”, Entertainment Weekly has exclusively revealed a first look, as well as details on, WB Home Entertainment’s upcoming Superman animated film scheduled for this summer. With a new art style, cast and continuity, “Superman: Man of Tomorrow” will recount the early days of Kal-El’s adventures in tights, learning the ropes of how to save the city and still being an intern for the Daily Planet as opposed to a full-blown employee.

Emmy-winner Darren Criss (The Assassination of Gianni Versace) takes the reigns as Clark Kent/Superman, and is joined by fellow American Horror Story alum Zachery Quinto as the nefarious Lex Luthor. Filling out the rest of the cast includes Alexandra Daddario as Lois Lane, Brett Dalton as Lobo and Ryan Hurst as Parasite.

Superman: Man of Tomorrow flies into store shelves and digital this summer, although an exact date has yet to be announced.
