A New App to Manage Finances (and a whole lot more)
A new app that easily accepts payments in almost any currency, enables global remittance, and allows you to create crypto investment portfolios is finally here.
PayPal, Venmo, and Cashapp are the reigning champions of FinTech apps enabling you to navigate your financial landscape from the comfort of your couch, but on November 4, 2020, a serious new contender entered the market when Tesoro Enterprises agreed to a reverse merger with Humbl (OTC: HMBL).
Before you dismiss this as yet another Fintech flash in the pan, consider this quote by Josh J Kim, of Seeking Alpha:
“…if Alibaba (BABA) and PayPal (PYPL) got married and had a girl named Venmo (PYPL) and she grew up and married a strapping young lad named #blockchain (DGB), the baby would be called HUMBL”
If Mr. Kim’s comments aren’t compelling enough, Jamie Dimon (Chairman and CEO of JP Morgan) says incumbent banks should be “scared sh*tless” of fintech rivals.
The Deal
The deal was negotiated by George Sharp (The Colonel Nathan Roy Jessup of the OTC) which paved the way for Brian Foote, CEO of Humbl (twitter @humblceo) to birth his new financial disruptor.
Mr. Foote isn’t a stranger to financial technology either. His presentation at the DigiByte Summit in 2019 gave nerds around the blockchain something to rally around…and his vision has come to fruition. When Foote merged his company (Block 30) with Humbl Financial he created a financial vehicle that could be second to none.
Perhaps Humbl is one of the reasons PayPal has flooded your inbox with emails trying to earn your crypto business???
The most refreshing part of Humbl is their motto…..Promises made, Promises kept. Brian Foote has delivered on every promise he has made.
“Humbl will be the Amazon of digital assets” – Brian Foote via investor conference call.
The Business
Soon, you’ll be able to seamlessly search, eat, pay and review all from one app by downloading Humbl Pay…or you could download PayPal, Venmo, Yelp, Etsy, Amazon, and Vanguard – and good luck remembering all those passwords!
Humbl is about facilitating the transfer of value at the point of transaction.
Do you want to pay in your country’s currency? Done. How about in another country’s currency? They got you.
What about that farmer in a remote region of the world trying to secure payment for his crops without a visa merchant machine?
What about supporting your church’s missionary financially across the globe securely and quickly?
Do you want to pay in crypto? It’s coming. But to say Humbl is a crypto play would be the equivalent of saying Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse is about hot plates, or perhaps Justice League is about Joss Whedon?
All Things are Possible
With Humbl Pay that all becomes possible. All you need is a WiFi connection (thanks to Uncle Elon and Starlink for making that happen) and the Humbl Pay app. In the coming weeks, you will be able to send a transaction of value via text message to most of the world.
The days of waiting for payments to settle are coming to an end. Put your wallet down, grab your smartphone and battery charger….your vacation just got simpler.
On April 16, 2021, Humble Pay Phase 1 was released to the following countries: USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Singapore, and New Zealand.
Phase 2 will include Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia.
Phase 3 will bring Brazil, India, Hong Kong, Japan, and Malaysia to the table.
Humble recently acquired a leading Latin American ticketing service called TICKERI.
One App to Rule Them All
The Humbl company is made up of several products. Imagine buying your ticket for your next Comic Con or Concert with Humbl, scanning at the door, buying your merch and food all in one app. The “one-click” integration is endless.
- Humbl Pay
- Humbl Studios (think Etsy)
- Humble Financial (think Vanguard)
Humble Pay the app we’ve already discussed, so let’s look at the remaining products.
Humbl Studios is compiling a network of artisans from across the world to make and deliver authentic handmade good.
Humbl Financial combines proprietary computer algorithms that determine when to buy and sell cryptocurrencies in your account. This service is available for $4.99/month. Set it, fund it…and walk away while you enjoy passive income while you sleep. I chose Bittrex over Coinbase & Binance because you can trade ALL Block products in one wallet.

What’s Left?
What’s left for Humbl to establish itself as a dominant global player in financial technology?
Step right up to their NFT engine that is in the final stages of production. Humbl is securing relationships with professional athletes and is adding with each passing day. I envision that the next #1 Billboard song will be minted by an NFT. Ownership of any tangible assets will find a home on the blockchain. Bank on it. Times are changing. Speculation has it that Humbl’s NFT engine will debut before the end of April. That time is now. How many publicly traded companies have this type of upswing and portfolio?
