Despite the first film not even having a cast yet, Activision Blizzard Studios is getting the ball rolling on the sequel.
‘Black Panther’ scribe and ‘All Day, All Night; director Joe Robert Cole has been tapped to pen the movie.
‘Sicario 2’ director Stefano Sollima is helming the first film which is currently in the casting stage and will go into production this March. Stacy Sher, Nick van Dyk, Bobby Kotnick, and Coco Francini are producing both films. Variety is reporting that the studio wants to have a completed script for the sequel by March as well. Neither film has received a release date yet.
