Landman Season 3 is making a major cast shift as production moves forward in Fort Worth, Texas. Four recurring cast members have been promoted to series regulars: Colm Feore as Nathan, Mustafa Speaks as Boss Ramone, Bobbi Salvör Menuez as Paigyn, and Francesca Xuereb as Cheyenne.

Michael Kelly also joins as William Crockett, adding another major figure to the oil-business side of the story. These changes build directly on Landman Season 2, where Tommy Norris left M-Tex and started CTT Oil Exploration & Cattle.

Which Four Landman Cast Members Were Promoted to Series Regulars?

The biggest confirmed change is that four familiar supporting characters will now have series-regular status. That gives each of them a stronger place in the new season without confirming exactly how much screen time or story focus each will receive.

• Colm Feore as Nathan: Nathan is tied to the business and legal side of the oil world, making his promotion important as Tommy builds CTT.
• Mustafa Speaks as Boss Ramone: Boss works closer to the field crew, so his expanded status keeps the operational side of the oil business connected to Tommy’s new company.
• Bobbi Salvör Menuez as Paigyn: Paigyn, Ainsley’s college roommate, brings more attention to the younger characters and family-adjacent storylines.
• Francesca Xuereb as Cheyenne: Cheyenne, also known as Penny, has a connection to T.L. and now moves into the regular ensemble.

The whole cast still includes Billy Bob Thornton as Tommy Norris, Sam Elliott, Demi Moore, Andy Garcia, Ali Larter, Michelle Randolph, Jacob Lofland, Paulina Chávez, Kayla Wallace, Mark Collie, and James Jordan.

Who Is Michael Kelly Playing in Landman Season 3?

Michael Kelly joins as William Crockett, who runs the largest oil management firm in the world. His official description calls him “a titan of industry” and says, “Everything about him exudes efficiency and money.”

That wording makes Crockett sound powerful, but the sources do not confirm whether he will be Tommy’s ally, rival, investor, client, or something else.

• Business stakes: Crockett enters as Tommy is building CTT after breaking from M-Tex.
• Returning pressure: Andy Garcia is back as cartel boss Gallino, keeping another dangerous business connection in play.
• Production status: Season 3 is filming in Fort Worth and other North Texas locations.
• Release timing: Paramount has not announced an exact premiere date.

The cast changes suggest Season 3 will spend more time across both Tommy’s business operation and the personal stories surrounding his family and crew, but the full plot has not been revealed.

For now, the promotions are a sign of which supporting characters will matter more this season. That makes the promotions, rather than speculation, the key news for viewers.
