The New Men in Black is Going to be A Thor: Ragnarok Reunion

Sony is moving ahead with its planned reboot of the Men in Black franchise and they have found their lead actors.

According to Deadline and The Hollywood Reporter, Thor: Ragnarok co-stars Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson will be donning the shades for the reboot.

F Gary Gray (The Fate of the Furious) will direct the film from a screenplay by Art Marcum and Matt Holloway who wrote the original Iron Man movie and Punisher: War Journal. Walter F. Parkes and Laurie MacDonald are producing the film with Steven Spielberg as executive producer.

Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones are not expected to return for the film and it’s being reported that the film is not a complete reboot. This means that Hemsworth and Thompson will not be taking over the roles of Agent J and Agent K. This film is expected to expand on the original premise and the world with an ensemble take on the world of Men in Black.
