Our Report Gary Oldman Is Joining Joe Wright’s ‘Woman In The Window’ Is Now Confirmed

On July 16th, Omega Underground reported that Darkest Hour actor Gary Oldman, hot off his Best Actor Oscar win would be looking to reunite with director Joe Wright for his thriller The Woman In The Window.

Well, THR has just confirmed our reporting and say that he as indeed landed a role.

Gary will star alongside Amy Adams and Julianne Moore. They add that he will play the father of the mystery family, as Moore will play the mother and Wyatt Russell their son.

A child psychologist with severe agoraphobia (and a penchant for mixing alcohol with her medication) who hasn’t left her house in months. The woman witnesses a horrible crime involving a new neighboring family but no one, including the police, will believe her. 

Fox 2000 is set to release the film against the Joker standalone film on October 4th, 2019.
