RUMOR: Tom Holland Being Eyed For Sam Mendes’ WWI Movie ‘1917’

Skyfall director Sam Mendes is working on his next film 1917, which will take place during World War I.

A new casting rumor from our pals at ThatHashtagShow suggests that Spider-Man actor Tom Holland is being eyed for a starring role in the film.

Filming is eyeing a start next April. Although, production dates are currently unknown.

Universal nabbed the war film and is said to be aiming for a release in December 2019.
