Guillermo del Toro is getting spooky again.
Lionsgate and CBS Films’ ‘Scary Stories To Tell In The Dark’ adaptation is set to release on August 9th, 2019. The film, which is being produced by del Toro, is based on the novel of the same name written by Alvin Schwartz.
André Øvredal is directing the pic with a script from del Toro, Daniel Hageman, and Kevin Hageman. Zoe Colletti is starring alongside Michael Garza, Gabriel Rush, Austin Abrams, Dean Norris, Natalie Ganzhorn, Austin Zajur, Lorraine Toussaint, and Gil Bellows. The movie centers around teenagers solving a series of murders in their hometown.
