Spoiler warning, Rachel (Shiri Appleby) has become unhinged following her violent altercation with Jeremy (Josh Kelly); Quinn (Constance Zimmer) resumes Queen-B status, even though she’s loosing Rachel to Coleman (Michael Rady).
