Skyrim remastered is coming this fall to PC and Consoles

It’s been 5 years since The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim was originally released.Tonight during Bethesda’s E3, the company has announced that it’s bringing the series back, ┬áRemastered and with Mods for Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC.

I can recall spending a days at a time running through Skyrim. I’m pretty sure there was a solid month where I didn’t even walk outside. This was definitely one of those games I unknowingly logged over 200+ hours by the time I was finished with the game. If you haven’t played the original, this is as great as a start as any.

Skyrim Special Edition comes out October 28th.

  1. Good for console people, but bringing this to PC is just stupid. Our Skyrim is already backwards compatible with a modding scene that is still kicking.

  2. I will be getting this edition, but not at launch. I will be knee deep in other PS4 games as well as a backlog I need to make smaller in size by years end. I played the PS3 game when it launched.
