Xenoblade Chronicles 2 came out on the Nintendo Switch last year on Dec. 1, 2017. Next month Torna ~ The Golden Country is coming out as part of the expansion pass and will also be available for physical purchase. The trailer just gives us a glimpse of whats to come in the story which is set years prior to the main game. The exclusive game for the Switch has been a massive success and also became the highest selling game in the Xeno franchise.
Personally, I found the game to be quite fun as it was my first entry into the franchise and now I have over 125 hours of playtime in it. Owners of the expansion pass will receive this new story add-on on Sept. 14th while the physical copy will release later on Sept. 21st with all of the content that has been released since the games launch in the expansion pass. Keep in mind that the expansion pass is $29.99 digitally and the physical copy will run you an extra $10.
