After Venom’s massive box office success, Sony Pictures is likely eager to get Morbius’ production underway soon. Another one of their Spider-Man spin-offs that would focus on villain turned superhero, Doctor Michael Morbius.
Well, there is word of another potential filming locale for the Marvel Comics movie.
Omega Underground has learned that Morbius could be spending some of its production schedule filming scenes in London, England.
A London shoot wouldn’t be terribly shocking as they’ve recently added UK-based stunt coordinator Gary Powell (Casino Royale, Skyfall) and Spider-Man: Far From Home had London as its production home for most of the shoot.
Atlanta is also a set filming location for the project.
Production on the horror superhero flick is said to start sometime in February.
Casting the film’s major roles is the next phase of the production alongside its prep.
Sony has yet to give Morbius an official release date.
